• User ID (found in Account section of the Application)
• Billing period (found in the invoice you have received in email)
• Transaction ID (found in the invoice you have received in email)
• Reason for the refund request

  Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 15 business days.

3.3. Refund Issuance
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
