v1.2 – February 27, 2025 – launch of Netice.us

Q1 2025 marks a significant milestone for Netice and our U.S. customers, with the Netice.us (USA-located server) launch and separation from Netice.fi (EU instance).

  • HIPAA-compliance for U.S. instance clients who have signed BAA with Netice
  • Improved security measures and extension of many HIPAA-grade security measures from Netice.us applied to Netice.fi to further improve the security:
    • Back-end security improvements and updates 
    • Strong password requirement for SFTP credentials – if the user wishes to use password instead of private key for SFTP connections, we now require their SFTP password to be updated to strong one in order to use Netice.
  • Custom timestamp postfix format for SFTP destination files
  • Custom file naming for SFTP destination files
  • The UI now shows which instance (.US/.FI) the user is on
  • Shared subscription and account management between Netice.fi & Netice.us (ie. the user may use both with their account and subscription) 
  • Separate task management between Netice.fi and Netice.us

Major UI update preceding the upcoming feature update.

  • New sidebar navigation menu
  • Improved UI – layout, colors & branding with emphasis on ease of use and onboarding process
  • Improved error handling with suggestions for the user when facing common errors with data transfer scheduling such as CSV file formatting.

v1.0.2 – August 18, 2024

Minor fixes regarding user experience.

  • Improved UI and layout fixes with updated registration view.
  • Bug fixed where a user whose access is denied (expired trial or subscription) would show a regular “Access Denied 403” and replaced it with a more intuitive “Access Denied” notification view as part of the UI.

Public release of Netice Data Transfer Platform.

Data transfer connectors released:

  • SFTP
  • Google BigQuery
  • Google Cloud Storage

Single user-based data transfer management with the prerequisites for organization entities and sharing access for a future update.

Implemented robust and extensive security measures as described in Security policy.

Secure payment platform, partnering with Paddle and introduced three fixed subscription tiers (Basic, Business and Enterprise) with varying max. file size limits and active data transfer task limits.
